1. UDC played a key role in paving the way in a scientific technical Manner for Cairo governorates, lands by setting the foundation to the Surveying network tide to the Arab Republic of Egypt’s network and Connecting them internationally to the international system (WGS84), And that is to facilitate establishing and updating of base maps, Surveying works, detection of utilities and its survey editing, and that Would be as follows:
o Establishing of 89 triangular points that meets the density of 1 point per 7km2 with the satellite cadastral surveying GPS system.
o Establishing of a traverse network that comprises the count of (1004) Points in the area of Cairo governorate.
o Establishing benchmarks network in the area of Cairo governorate that is connected to the highly accurate bench marks network of the Republic.

2-12 All planned and implemented utilities projects (water, sewerage, gas, electricity, petroleum, telephones) in Cairo and that’s through supplying the utilities and the projects with the necessary maps.
2-13 Participation in the execution of project of the mustard-haykesteb gas pipeline in cooperation with petroleum companies and the execution of surveying works.
2-14 survey and utilities detection for external works relative to Cairo airport’s terminal (3) in favor of the Arab contractors company. |

2-16 Survey works & utilities detection for Suez Road development from K.M 4.5 till the Ring Road & establishing El Geish bridge.
2-17 Utilities detection & following up digging works for establishing Ismailia Road bridge in front of 10th of Ramadan station & Ring Road tunnel.
2-18 Survey works for schools, hospitals & poultry farms project inside & outside Cairo to produce surveying maps to control H1N1 & Poultry Influenza.
